A couple of issues

Alright, I know I haven't done a post in forever! Sorry about that. I lost my internet and I really don't know when I'll be getting it back. So for now I'm doing all my posts at the library computers. Other than that, and my lack of music, I haven't done anything. I don't have a job right now, but I'm hoping to have something soon.

I don't have a lot of time to post, since I only have a few minutes of time, so I'll do a bigger post tomorrow.

Hey -

Haven't been doing much other than working - Bar is getting redone in April. I guess we got bought out by some big company and they want to redue the whole bar. It sucks, because I won't know where anything is!!! I may just quite and find someplace else - seeing as how everyone I've been working with is quitting too. I don't know. I may.

I've had my copy of Devil may Cry 4 less than a week and I've beaten the damn thing twice. The game is hella good, but hella short - I hate that about the PS3 games - there so big on graphics, yet the overall game time is so short. I like the game, the story is great, but I wish it had more...

Been doing some art - did a couple of pictures I may put on my DeviantArt

If you wanna find me, look up the user VanillaBeansInCoffee - That would be me! Most of my pictures are of my cats, but I should have some original work up quickly. I got my scanner to work finally. There not cleaned up, because I don't have any sort of paintshop or photo editing software - I have Microsoft paint. The most I can do is erase things....thats about it.

My computer has been acting funny for the past week or so, thats why I haven't updated - or done anything.

An Ode to the Pod

Weather has cleared up, but now its cold. The coldest its been all winter and I hate it. Makes my neck and shoulder hurt.

I think my Ipod is dying on me. I can't add or delete songs and I only get maybe two or three hour worth of battery life on two days of non-stop charging. So, I think I'll be in the market for a new one. It sucks - I got my Ipod almost four years ago as a Christmas gift from my Grandma and Aunt. It was a metallic pink Ipod Mini - the bigger model with no color screen. I named it "Cloud", because the first set of music on it where tracks from the Final Fantasy VII soundtrack. I did this drawing and a poem for it the other night.

BABIES!!!

My cats had babies!

Phynix (or however you spell her name...its the fiery bird name) had her kittens a week ago, two of them. One black and white, the other gray and white. There cute and they make cute kitten squeeks and....oh god that girly "everything is so cute" part of me is comming out....oh there cute!

Gackt (or GG as everyone calls her) just had her babies today! Three in all. There so cute, all bloody and gross looking. I love them.

In other cat related new, our oldest cat, Mama Cat, died the other night. It came as a surprise to us all and sort of shadowed over the good happy news of new kittens, but then we figured she's been around for almost 20 some odd years. My aunt was torn up, that was her cat. She was upset for a while, but she gets a kitten once there old enough.

My cold is almost gone, but my cough is still around and I can't go back to work till that is settled and my voice doesn't sound broken up. It sucks to be out of work, but it does give me a chance to do that research on my book I've been holding off on for so long...YAY!!!

Weather has been on the gray side. Nasty storm from California is rolling in and were getting rain, snow and strong winds. We live in the desert and we get snow...how, you ask? I live in the mountains, we get 70mph winds and call it a breeze. I'm taking the chance to post, because I'm sure power will go off sometime today...oh yay.

Alright, I'm heading out. Lights are starting to flicker....

Sick

I'm sick! I caught a fucken cold and I feel like shit. I've been out of work for two days now and I hate it. Chest congestion, stuffy nose, sneezing, coughing, heachaches, fever...The only thing I don't have is a voice. I've been coughing so bad, I killed my voice. I've been alseep the whole day and I still feel tired.

I'm cutting this post off early, I just don't feel up to writing anymore.

Holy fuck, could it be? *Gasp* A POST! O_o;

Yes, I'm finally posting in my journal. Its been 59 weeks since my last post and my journal has been...neglected. Deleted all my old journal entries, updates my bio, changed my layout and am starting all over! So help me, I will fucken never NEVER neglect my journal again or post entries while I'm drunk. *Shutters* Bad memories...bad...

Yes, Lisa, I haven't dropped off the fucken planet yet. I'm still very much alive. So post in my journal some time and say hello to me! I know we haven't talked in forever, but I wouldn't mind chatting up with ya. And tell your sister Kim I said Hello!!!!

I do a ton of writing and I plan on putting up my story here! I may also spread it to some LJ communities I joined to get my story out there.
